July 30, 2009 - New York, New York -  A group of unpaid workers of Inkwell Publishing Solutions, Inc., a developer of content for text books, have filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York (Cody, et al. v. Inkwell Publishing Solutions, Inc., et al., Index No. 110811/09).  The unpaid workers are seeking their unpaid wages and damages against the company and its principals.
